Council to tap '10 budget for sewer repairs

In a Utilities Committee meeting Monday, the Blytheville City Council agreed to appropriate $500,000 for sewer projects in the 2010 budget, after opting against taking half of that money out of the 2009 budget. Two charged in July murder case

Blytheville Police have arrested two men in connection with the murder of Junior Lee Holmes, and both were arraigned in Osceola Circuit Court Monday, according to a release from the Blytheville Police Department.
